Describe your organisation, and what did you find most attractive about Parcelhub as a shipping solution?

We sell motorbike clothing and accessories online through eBay, Amazon, and our own website. Parcelhub have been able to offer us great postage rates for UK parcels and for overseas parcels, and their system has helped streamline some of the daily tasks of the business.

Which challenges or needs did your organisation face that led you to look for a solution like Parcelhub?

Cheaper parcel delivery than Royal Mail and being able to speak to someone about the parcels we send and chase up and query any delayed/missing parcels.

Which business processes does Parcelhub enhance and how much time does the solution save your employees?

Automated label printing, emailing customers their tracking information, having the option to use different postal companies, which at peak periods is great. The system could typically save us several hours compared to other systems.

Why would you recommend this company’s solution to your peers?

It’s good to have one point of contact for all your parcel needs and to be a valued customer, and of course save money.

Parcelhub helps over 500 growing businesses such as Bike Wear Direct save time and money on their business parcel shipping.
