Energized Customs Streamlines Delivery Management with Parcelhub

Leading automotive accessories retailer sells on eBay, OnBuy, and its own Magento website, managing all of these channels with Linnworks.

Following a serious back injury and facing redundency a decade ago, Graham Lisle was placed in a desperate situation where he would have no way of earning a living. Having worked within the car accessories and motorsport parts trades for many years, Graham had the know-how to source products at a competitive price. He also understood the most important components of success in business – delivering the right product, at the right price and at the right time. In 2008 Graham had launched Energized Customs on eBay, selling styling accessories such as headlights, rear lights and wing mirrors. Following enormous success on the eBay marketplace, Graham and his team (pictured above) developed a website on the popular Magento platform. An avid reader of eCommerce publications such as Tamebay, Graham heard about the launch of and has since introduced this as another key selling channel. While OnBuy isn’t anywhere near as big a marketplace as eBay at present, the British marketplace has recently listed its two millionth product, reaching a major milestone in its rapid growth following a successful TV campaign. The breakthrough comes amid a period of significant expansion for OnBuy, which is now seeing traffic booming at upwards of 300,000 users per month.
