Globally successful Shopify sellers first to integrate with Parcelhub

Watermans, a multichannel hair products retailer, is first Shopify merchant to integrate with Parcelhub; a provider of bespoke eCommerce delivery management and customer support solutions.
With more than 400,000 merchants worldwide, Shopify is the latest addition to the Parcelhub integration suite. As with other integrations, it has shortened Watermans’ label production to a few clicks of a mouse, while retaining full control over every shipment.
Founded by Matt and Gail Waterman in December 2014, the self-funded husband and wife team’s product range consists of GROWME® shampoo, CONDITIONME® conditioner and GROWPRO® pro hair vitamins. Originally selling purely via Amazon, Watermans have since introduced new eCommerce channels and marketplaces, including eBay, Groupon and their own eCommerce store, hosted on the popular Shopify platform.
Watermans have experienced 40% annual growth over the last three years, shipping over 500,000 bottles through purely online sales in 2016. They have also donated around £65,000 worth of stock to cancer patients since 2014.
Ingredients of success
Gail has been a hair salon owner for over 20 years and suffered from hair loss problems; furthermore, Matt has suffered from male pattern baldness since a young age, which lead to the pair scouring the market for a solution:

During peak periods, Watermans is currently shipping in excess of 1,000 items per day via Parcelhub and Amazon FBA, their most popular markets (in addition to the UK) being Taiwan, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Canada, USA and UAE.
Using the Parcelhub API, Watermans have linked their Shopify store to Parcelhub Web Despatch, allowing them to view any orders that have been paid for, or not yet fulfilled. The bespoke integration has also enabled Watermans to set up specific rules for domestic and international shipments.
