Parcelhub Increases Usability with Enhanced Booking Integration Process

Historically, retailers, brands and wholesalers deploying Parcelhub software only had the option to book every shipment in their shipment lists. In response to customer feedback and internal assessment of development by Parcelhub’s Nottingham-based IT Development and Support team, Parcelhub has released an improvement to its integration process, which allows integrated users to select and book single or multiple shipments from a shipment list. This update will improve the usability of customers’ integrations with their order management systems and marketplaces.

David Ward-Webster, IT Support, added: “Merchants that are integrated with Parcelhub will now have the freedom to process orders in a manner that best suits their business model, rather than processing shipments that are not yet ready, or deleting multiple orders before they have been processed. This should increase speed and flexibility, particularly if processing a select number of shipments within a shipment list is helpful to them. This increase in flexibility is a building block for a more unified shipping process.”
