Due to expansion, Parcelhub Ltd are now looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Executive to identify new and existing prospects, with a view to direct selling on the telephone, in addition to booking appointments for Field Sales Executives.
Candidates with experience working in the parcel/courier industry would be a distinct advantage.
Job Purpose:
Building business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
Duties:
* Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
* Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
* Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
* Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
