Retailers, brands and wholesalers subscribed via Parcelhub to Yodel’s Xpect service can now access new Inflight features. This means consumers can now amend their delivery preferences right up to the point of delivery.
By subscribing to Yodel’s Inflight services, consumers will be able to choose from the following options:
• Leave in a safe place
• Nominate to a preferred neighbour or tell us who to avoid
• Change delivery date or address
• Collect from their local depot or hold their parcel for up to 16 days
From Spring 2019, consumers will also be able to divert a parcel to their local Collect+Point, Collect+ has 7,000 locations open early ’til late, 7 days a week near where consumers live and work.
