Duty and Tariffs
Duties will now be applied to all items entering the USA and will include:
- Item Rate of Duty - based on HS code and product description
- IEEPA (reciprocal) Tariff – based on country of origin (GB 10%, EU 15%, CN/HK 30%)
- Section 301 – applies to certain CN/HK-origin goods
- Section 232 – applies to a limited number of HS codes
To avoid incorrect duties, delays, or fines, it is essential that items are sent with accurate HS codes and matching detailed descriptions.
