Pre-Alert & Goods Manifest
Trader sends pre-alert and manifest of shipment items for import into the UK. Manifest includes product values, commodity codes, VAT, and more.
Fly or Ship to LHR Airport
The customer/Parcelhub arranges for goods to be flown or shipped via sea to Heathrow (LHR) airport, using a pre-approved freight provider.
Customs Record Created
Whilst goods are in transit, a customs record and manifest are created. The manifest upload calculates the items' tax and duty within each shipment.
Goods Arrival & Storage
Shipments arrive at an Internal Storage Facility. Once cleared, we will transfer to a local external storage facility near Heathrow, LHR.
UK Customs Clearance
We fully manage customs clearance in the UK and make customs entries under a duty deferment account, all on behalf of our import customers.
Duties & Taxes
The trading customer pays Parcelhub any duties and taxes due to the imported shipments.
